Armstrong Teasdale lawyer spends $485K in Wildwood

Michael S. Jefferies and his wife, Christine, bought a four-bedroom, 3.5 bath at 1133 Keystone Trail Dr. in Wildwood for $485,000 from Anthony and Jennifer Halas on April 23.

Sirva Relocation Credit LLC facilitated the sale. The Halases paid $475,000 for the home in Dec. 2005.

Neil Gellman of Coldwell Banker Premier Group real estate was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $519,000.

Mr. Jefferies is a partner in the St. Louis office of national law firm Armstrong Teasdale LLP. His areas of practice include business services, corporate services and mergers and acquisitions.

He earned his J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law and his bachelor's in political science from Miami University in Ohio.

Home sales in Wildwood have risen 28.4 percent thus far in 2008. The median sale price has also risen $25,000 from last year, from $355,000 in 2007 to $330,000 in 2008.
