Healthcare exec asking $1.125M for Chesterfield 4BD

Laura Kaiser and her husband, Charles, have listed their four-bedroom, 4.5 bath at 1487 Country Lake Estates Dr. in Chesterfield for $1.125 million.

The Kaisers paid $907,000 for the home in Nov. 2006.

Mary Beth Benes of Coldwell Banker Gundaker real estate is the listing agent for the 4,769 square foot home, built in 2000.

Mrs. Kaiser is the president of Non-Acute Care Operations at Ascension Health in St. Louis. She is responsible for leading the organization's non-acute care services. She has also served as the vice president of health ministry positioning and operations for the company, as well as a vice president of the company's internal consulting group.

Her health care resume also includes stints in Saginaw, Mich., Kansas City, Mo., as well as Cuyahoga Falls and Cleveland, Ohio.

She earned her M.B.A. and master's in health care administration from Saint Louis University and her bachelor's in health services management from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Home sales in Chesterfield have risen 37 percent thus far in 2008. The median sales price, however, has dropped $5,000 this year, from $330,000 in 2007 to $325,000 in 2008.
