Laura Medendorp and her husband, Peter, have listed their five-bedroom, 5.1 bath at 1100 Sara Mathews Lane in Wildwood for $1.085 million.
The Medencorps paid $945,000 for the home in May 2001, the same year it was built.
Cheryl Campbell of Coldwell Banker Gundaker real estate is the listing agent for the 7,192 square foot home.
Mrs. Medendorp is a soprano singer who has performed with the Saint Louis Symphony and a number of other local musical organizations. Originally from Wisconsin, she has also previously performed with the Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha, and Waukesha Symphonies.
She made her Saint Louis Symphony Orchestra debut in 2004.
Mr. Medendorp is the owner of Popcycle Motors in Chesterfield. He's also served as a vice president of sales at Spectrum Brands and as the director of national accounts at SC Johnson Wax.

Home sales in Wildwood have risen 28.4 percent so far this year. The median sales price, however, has dropped $25,000 this year, from $355,000 in 2007 to $330,000 in 2008.
