Oncologist seeks $999K for Town Country 4BD

Dr. Jeff M. Michalski and his wife, Sheila, have listed their four-bedroom, 5.2 bath at 960 Kingscove Ct. in Town & Country for $999,000.

The Michalskis paid $776,000 for the home in Dec. 1999.

Katherine Driscoll of Janet McAfee Inc. real estate is the listing agent for the 4,122 square foot home, which was built in 1994.

Dr. Michalski is a professor of radiation oncology at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. He specializes in sarcoma, pediatric oncology and genitourinary oncology. He sees patients at the Siteman Cancer Center in St. Louis and is also affiliated with Barnes-Jewish Hospital, the John Cochran VA Medical Center and the St. Louis Children's Hospital.

He earned his M.D. from the Medical College of Wisconsin (1986) and his bachelor's in biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison ('82).

Home sales in Town & Country dropped more than 17 percent in 2007. The median sale price, however, rose $13,000 last year, from $652,000 in 2006 to $665,000 in 2007.
