John W. Serbia and his wife, Roberta, sold their four-bedroom, four bath at 13 Ridgecreek Rd. in Town & Country for $2.13 million to Douglas L. Rosen and his wife, Linda, on May 2.

The Serbias previously paid $415,000 for the 4,911 square foot property in Dec. 2001.

Kathryn Capps of Janet McAfee Inc. real estate was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $469,000.

Mr. Serbia has served as the vice president of brewing at Anheuser-Busch in St. Louis.

He graduated from the University of California-Davis.

Home sales in Town & Country have risen 70.1 percent thus far in 2008. The median sale price, however, has dropped from $683,000 in 2007 to $655,000 so far this year.
