Anthony T. Ponturo and his wife, Ruthe, sold a four-bedroom, four bath at 10 Brentmoor Park in Clayton for $2.15 million to Busch Properties Inc. on May 15.
The 4,911 square foot house, which was built in 1953, is on the market again.
Mr. Ponturo currently serves as the vice president of global media and sports marketing for Anheuser-Busch, Inc., as well as president and CEO of Busch Media Group, an Anheuser-Busch, Inc. subsidiary. Mr. Ponturo joined the company in 1982.
In January 2004, Mr. Ponturo was named the most influential person in sports marketing by the Sports Business Journal, and was ranked No. 11 on a list of the 100 most powerful people in sports, according to The Sporting News.
Before joining Anheuser-Busch, he had previously worked at BBDO, McCann-Erickson and D'Arcy Masius Benton and Bowles/New York. He began his media career in New York as an NBC page.
Mr. Ponturo graduated from Villanova University in Philadelphia.
The Ponturos bought a condo in the Maryland Walk development at 8025 Maryland Ave. in Clayton for $1,372,109 on April 29.
Home sales in Clayton have increased 5.6 percent thus far in 2008. The median sale price, however, has dropped from $511,000 in 2007 to $376,000 so far this year.
