Tammie A. Holland and Diane H. Johnson sold a three-bedroom, two bath at 10 Deer Valley Ct. in Uninc. North County for $330,000 to Matthew L. Peterson on April 23.

Holland and Johnson paid $328,500 for the home in Sept. 2005. The 2,102 square foot house was built in 1986.

Holland is a radio talk show host for KMJM–Majic 104.9 in St. Louis. The area radio veteran is a co-host on "The Tony Scott Show," the station's afternoon and evening drive time program.

She has also worked with Lutheran Hour Ministries as a producer and reporter of the weekly talk show, "On Main Street," and has served in various roles at KSLZ-FM, KSDK-TV and at KXOK-FM in St. Louis.

She earned her bachelor's in broadcast journalism from Broadcast Center in St. Louis.

Home sales in Uninc. North County have dropped 1.4 percent thus far in 2008. The median sale price has also dropped from $114,000 in 2007 to $92,000 so far this year.
