Edward D. Eicher and his wife, Leslie, are selling their three-bedroom and 3.5 bath at 337 Nelda Ave. in Kirkwood for $614,900.
The Eichers paid $485,000 for the 2,696 square foot home in 2002. It was built in 1998.
Kevin Cottrell of Keller Williams Southwest real estate is the listing agent for the home.
Mrs. Eicher is the founder and principal of Eicher Communications in Kirkwood. She previously worked in the public relations department for San Diego-based Jostens Learning Corp.
Early in her career she worked in events and promotions at the Convention and Visitors Bureau and Busch Stadium in St. Louis. She also worked for San Diego PR firm Franklin & Associates.
She graduated from Southern Illinois University.
Home sales in Kirkwood went down 8.1 percent in 2008 versus 2007. The median sales price rose less than one percent, from $191,000 in 2007 to $200,000 in 2008.
