Regional sales exec spends $560K on Chesterfield 4BD

Lorenzo A. Squellati and his wife, Karen, bought a four-bedroom, 3.5 bath at 1102 Wildhorse Meadows Dr. in Chesterfield for $560,000 from Douglas L. Walton and his wife, Dana, on May 1.

The Waltons paid $595,000 for the property in June 2007.

The 3,151 square foot property was built in 1999.

Mr. Squellati serves as a regional sales director at Digital Fuel Technologies, Inc.

He graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Home sales in Chesterfield increased 37 percent thus far in 2008. Median sale price dropped $5,000, from $330,000 to $325,000 during the same period.
