Beech-Nut CFO sells for $500K in Wildwood

Alain Souligny and his wife, Nathalie, sold their three-bedroom, 3.5 bath at 17821 Suzanne Ridge Dr. in Wildwood for $500,000 to Fernando Dandrea and his wife, Ana Maria, on May 15.

The Soulignys paid $401,103 for the property in March 1999. The 2,661 square foot house was built in 1998.

Patricia Blazevich of RE/MAX Properties West real estate was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $545,000 when it appeared on the market in August.

Mr. Souligny is the chief financial officer at the Beech-Nut Nutrition Company, the baby food giant based in St. Louis.

Home sales in Wildwood are up 28.4 percent in 2008. The median sales price, however, has dropped seven percent, from $355,000 in 2007 to $330,000 so far this year.
