Jacobitti and Hertenstein paid $391,000 for the property in Sept. 2004.

Glassman is an associate at Spoeneman, Watkins, Waltrip and Harvell, LLP, a law firm in St. Louis. He practices in civil litigation, appellate practice and domestic relations.

He earned his B.A. in economics from Carleton College and his J.D. from Washington University.

Home sales in Ladue have risen 2.6 percent thus far in 2008. The median sale price has also risen from $714,000 in 2007 to $725,000 so far this year.
