Endocrinologist sells Chesterfield 4BD for $421K

Dr. Eliot J. Katz and his wife, Sally, sold a four-bedroom, 2.5 bath home at 14719 Timberbluff Dr. in Chesterfield for $421,058 from Manu Sinha and his wife, Shailendra, on June 10.

The 3,320-square-foot house was built in 1986.

Debra Sartori of Coldwell Banker Gundaker real estate was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $439,900 when it appeared on the market in March.

Dr. Katz practices as an endocrinologist in Saint Louis. He specializes in diabetes and metabolism.

He graduated from the Saint Louis University School of Medicine.

Home sales in Chesterfield are up 37 percent thus far in 2008. The median sale price, however, has dropped $5,000 this year, from $330,000 in 2007 to $325,000 in 2008.
