Carla Borgard of Coldwell Banker Gundaker real estate was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $689,900 when it appeared on the market in April.

Dr. Boain is a general dentist with a clinic in Florissant.

Home sales in Clarkson Valley are down 26 percent in 2008 versus 2007. The median sales price is also down from $607,000 in 2007 to $538,000 so far this year.
