Investment company project manager buys in Chesterfield

Robert Colozza and his wife, Mary Ramsey, bought a four-bedroom, 2.5 bath at 15582 Hitchcock Rd. in Chesterfield for $390,000 from Stuart J. Kretch on June 10.

The 2,811-square-foot house was built in 1994.

Phyllis Barr of Coldwell Banker Gundaker real estate was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $424,900.

Colozza serves as project development manager in the Chesterfield office of LS Power Group, a development, investment and asset management firm. LS Power maintains offices in Missouri, New York, New Jersey, California, Florida and Massachusetts.

Home sales in Chesterfield are up 37 percent thus far in 2008. The median sale price, however, has dropped $5,000 this year, from $330,000 in 2007 to $325,000 in 2008.
