Health care exec buys in Concord

Timothy L. Vosse and Martha M. Miller bought a four-bedroom, 3.5 bath in Concord at 9830 Grantview Forest Dr. for $327,500 from Patrick D. Long and his wife, Lise, on June 3.

The 2,846-square-foot house was built in 1994.

Dave Wilber of Dave Wilber Realty was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $360,000.

Vosse serves as vice president and director of finance for Bethesda Health Group, a St. Louis-based senior care and retirement community.

Home sales in Concord are down 30 percent thus far in 2008. The median sale price has also fallen from $182,000 in 2007 to $170,000 thus far in 2008.
