Credit union exec sells in Ellisville

J. Calvin Curdt and his wife, Michele, sold a four-bedroom, 2.5 bath home at 722 Redstart Dr. in Ellisville for $305,000 to Vincenzo G. Buzzetta on June 6.
The 2,203-square-foot house was built in 1985.
Katharine Irvine of Coldwell Banker Gundaker real estate was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $325,000 when it appeared on the market in Aug. 2007.
Mr. Curdt has served as vice president of information systems for Anheuser-Busch Employees' Credit Union, a full service financial institution with several offices in St. Louis.
Home sales in Ellisville are up 48 percent thus far in 2008. The median sale price, however, has dropped from $220,000 in 2007 to $170,000 so far this year.
