Bryan P. Cavanaugh and his wife, Kristen, sold their four-bedroom, three bath home at 32 Frederick Lane in Glendale for $504,000 from Ryan S. Johnson and his wife, Carmi, on June 16.

The Cavanaughs paid $550,000 for the property in Dec. 2006. The 3,108-square-foot house was built in 1937.

Mark Lynch of RE/MAX Suburban Real Estate was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $549,900.

Mr. Cavanaugh is an associate in the St. Louis office of Sandberg, Phoenix and von Gontard, P.C. He focuses his practice on employment matters in the firm's business litigation and business practice groups. He joined the firm in 2001.

Bryan has a J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law and a bachelor's from the University of Notre Dame.

Home sales in Glendale have dropped 12.1 percent in 2008. The median sales price is also down from $280,000 in 2007 to $235,000 so far this year.
