Nicholle Delorez and her husband, Steven, bought a three-bedroom, 2.5 bath home at 941 Hawbrook Rd. in Glendale for $329,900 from Scott D. Loeffelman and his wife, Janice, on June 6.

The Loeffelmans paid $178,000 for the property in May 2000. The 1,990-square-foot house was built in 1939.

John Jackson of RE/MAX Suburban real estate was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $329,900.

Mrs. Delorez serves as vice president of organizational development at Zipatoni, a sales promotion firm in St. Louis. She was appointed to the position in Nov. 2007.

Home sales in Glendale have dropped 12.1 percent in 2008. The median sales price also fell from $280,000 in 2007 to $235,000 so far this year.
