Ingrid D. Long and her husband, John, sold a three-bedroom, 3.5 bath home at 1727 Rosslare Ct. in Manchester for $334,900 to Jesse W. Storm and his wife, Dixie, on June 18.
The 2,620-square-foot house was built in 1983.
Mrs. Long is a senior advisor in the St. Louis office at Grubb and Ellis&pipe;Gundaker Commercial. Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis&pipe;Gundaker Commercial, she served as VP of investment sales at Chekoudjian Real Estate Advisors in St. Louis.
Prior to working in the commercial real estate industry, she worked for Charter Communications, the Twentieth Century Fox Film Corp. and the Ralston Purina Co., where she was responsible for new product and business development.
She holds a B.S. in accounting from University of Florida and is certified public accountant.
Home sales in Manchester are down 25.3 percent in 2008. The median sales price has also fallen from $204,000 in 2007 to $193,000 so far this year.
