Sarah Stolker and her husband, Dr. Joshua Stolker, sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 667 Radford Dr. in Olivette for $710,575 to Abraham A. Goldfarb and his wife, Evan, on June 30.

The Stolkers paid $721,665 for the property in June 2006. The 3,939-square-foot house was built in 2005.

Mary Lawlor of Dielmann Sotheby's International Realty was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $767,000 when it appeared on the market in December.

Mrs. Stolker is a physical therapist who specializes in the treatment of lymphedema patients. She currently serves as the cancer rehab program manager at SSM Rehab in St. Louis and is a weekly medical contributor to KSDK News Channel 5.

In addition, she serves as an assistant instructor at Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy, a New Jersey-based educational institution that trains professionals in the treatment of pathologies related to the lymphatic system.

Prior to moving to St. Louis in 2002, she was a physical therapist at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where she helped establish the lymphedema program.

Mrs. Stolker earned her master's in physical therapy at Duke University.

Dr. Stolker is an attending physician at the Washington University Heart Care Institute and the Center for Advanced Medicine Heart and Vascular Center. In addition, he teaches cardiology at Washington University as an assistant professor.

Dr. Stolker obtained both his bachelor's and M.D. from Duke University. He completed his residency in medicine at University of Pennsylvania and his fellowship in cardiology from the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis.

Home sales in Olivette are down 27.8 percent in 2008. The median sales price is down from $262,000 in 2007 to $200,000 so far this year.
