Dr. Julie A. Gould and her husband, Derek, bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 3 Kings Pond Rd. in Glendale for $550,000 from Matt Twyman and his wife, Laura, on July 18.

The Twymans paid $535,000 for the property in June 2006.

The 2,537-square-foot house was built in 1971.

Dr. Gould practices as an obstetrician/gynecologist at Women's Health Specialists of St. Louis.

Dr. Gould has a B.A. in health science from the University of Nevada and an M.D. from the Des Moines University School of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at St. John's Mercy Medical Center.

Prior to medical school, Dr. Gould was an associate laboratory researcher in the University of Nevada's department of pharmacology.

Mr. Twyman is a co-founder of Adaptive Solutions Group, a provider of information technology personnel with offices in St. Louis and Chicago. He currently serves as the company's vice president of data communications.

In previous years, Mr. Twyman has worked in a variety of recruiting, sales and management positions at an IT services firm.

Home sales in Glendale have dropped 12.1 percent thus far in 2008. The median sales price also fell from $280,000 in 2007 to $235,000 so far this year.
