Facility equipment supplier buys in Webster Groves

David N. Bulte bought a five-bedroom, three bath in Webster Groves at 28 S. Maple Avenue $425,000 on July 31 from Doris Lance.

The 2,644 square foot home was built in 1906.

Bulte works with the Bulte Company, a school and facility equipment supplier based in St. Louis.

Home sales in Webster Groves are down 15.8 percent thus far in 2008 versus 2007. The median sales price has fallen from $210,000 to $186,000.
