Herbalife VP, dance prof sell Olivette 4BD

Andrew L. Speller and his wife, Tracy, sold a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 1 Downey Lane in Olivette for $750,000 to Jan P. Miller and her husband, Corey, on July 28.

The Spellers paid $739,000 for the property in Dec. 2005.

The 3,298-square-foot house was built in 2002.

Mr. Speller serves as vice president of public relations with Herbalife Ltd., a global nutrition and direct-selling company headquartered in Los Angeles, Calif. He was appointed the position earlier this year.

Most recently, Mr. Speller was associate a vice president and senior equity analyst in the St. Louis office of A.G. Edwards & Sons, an investment banking firm.

Mr. Speller has a M.B.A. from St. Louis University and a B.S. in business administration from University of Missouri-Columbia.

Mrs. Speller is a faculty member at the St. Louis Academy of Dance. She specializes in the disciplines of ballet, tap and jazz.

She previously worked as a choreographer with the UNH Dance Theatre Company.

She graduated from University of New Hampshire with a minor in dance.

Home sales in Olivette are down 27.8 percent thus far in 2008. The median sales price is down from $262,000 in 2007 to $200,000 so far this year.
