He received a B.A. in history from University of Illinois and a J.D. from University of Illinois College of Law.

Home sales in Chesterfield are up 37 percent thus far in 2008. The median sale price, however, has dropped $5,000 this year, from $330,000 in 2007 to $325,000 in 2008.
