St. Louis paint provider buys Oakville 4BD

Joanna Felts and her husband, Thomas, bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 5006 Southridge Park in Oakville's Ringer Woods Estates for $324,900 from Elmer J. Saake, Jr., and his wife, Rosemary, on July 29.

The 2,347-square-foot house was built in 1992.

Mrs. Felts is the president of TA Felts Painting and Dry Wall, a painting and paper hanging company in St. Louis. The company was founded in 2000.

Mrs. Saake is a chorus member of the St. Louis Metro Singers.

Home sales in Oakville CDP has dropped 24.7 thus far in 2008. The median sales price also slipped from $208,000 in 2007 to $201,000 so far this year.
