Gregory W. Zielinski and his wife, Marian, sold a five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 12510 Cinema Lane in Sunset Hills' Robyn Hills Estates for $375,000 to Federico A. Tripodi and his wife, Carolina, on July 24.

The 3,352-square-foot house was built in 1973.

Mr. Zielinski is the executive director of educational and management services at Zielinski Cos., a St. Louis-based provider of accounting, financial and consulting services to religious communities worldwide. He also serves as president to other divisions of Zielinski Cos., including Zielinski Ministry Services and the firm's ITC vehicle management company.

Dr. Zielinski received a Ph.D. in educational management from Saint Louis University. He holds a B.A. in education and history from Lake Forest College and a master's in special education from Memphis State University.

Mr. Tripodi serves as a quality management leader and business consultant at Monsanto, a multinational agricultural biotechnology corporation based in St. Louis.

He previously served as a project leader for the company and was also a trait development representative for Monsanto Argentina SAIC. Earlier, he was a manager with Argenfrio SAIC in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

He graduated from the University of Buenos Aires and holds an M.B.A. from the Washington University Olin Business School.

Home sales in Sunset Hills have dropped 18.4 percent thus far in 2008. The median sales price has also fell from $290,000 in 2007 to $230,000 so far this year.
