The property was foreclosed on in March.
The 3,268-square-foot house was built in 2002.
Mrs. Smajic is a loan administrator at Fortune Bank in St. Louis.
She holds a bachelor's degree in business and finance.
Home sales in Oakville CDP dropped 24.7 thus far in 2008. The median sales price also slipped from $208,000 in 2007 to $201,000 so far this year.
