Reagan M. Holliday and her husband, Russell, bought a four-bedroom, three-bath at 447 Windsor Spring Dr. in Kirkwood from John M. Jones and his wife, Dixie, for $339,000 on July 24.

The 2,723-square-foot house was built in 1961.

Mrs. Holliday is an attorney at in the St. Louis office of Gilmore and Bell P.C., a public finance law firm. The firm also has offices in Kansas City, Mo., Wichita, Kan. and Lincoln, Neb.

She previously worked as the assistant city attorney for the City of Cape Girardeau. She also was an associate at Ford and Harrison, LLP, in Atlanta, Ga.

She graduated from Drake University with a B.S.B.A. in finance and insurance and holds a J.D. from Wake Forest University's School of Law.

Home sales in Kirkwood declined 31 percent in 2008 versus 2007. The median sales price fell from $200,000 to $196,000.
