Susan and Joyce Pollnow bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 1401 Kendon Dr. in Des Peres' Bayberry Hills for $330,000 from Ronald and Glenice Verhoff on July 29.
The 1,920-square-foot house was built in 1956.
Susan Pollnow has worked as a recruiter at Edward Jones, a brokerage firm headquartered in St. Louis.
Home sales in Des Peres have dropped 4.9 percent thus far in 2008. The median sales price, however, is up from $356,000 in 2007 to $417,000 so far this year.
