Anesthesiologist sells Creve Coeur 4BD

Dr. Stephen B. Oppenheim and his wife, Michelle, sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 13216 Dartagnan Court in Creve Coeur for $545,000 to Jeremy D. Huelsmann and his wife, Julia, on July 17.

The 3,053-square-foot house was built in 1996.

Dr. Oppenheim is an anesthesiologist in Bridgeton, Mo.

He received his M.D. from the Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his internal medicine training at the St. Vincent Hospital Healthcare Center.

There have been 118 sales in Creve Coeur thus far in 2008. Median sales price is at $292,500 so far this year.
