Pharmacist buys Kirkwood 4BD

Dr. Paul M. Hueseman and his wife, Kristina, bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath at 438 Longview Blvd. in Kirkwood's Woodlawn Terrace for $472,000 from Cartus Financial Corp. on May 28.

The 2,466-square-foot house was built in 1942.

Dr. Hueseman is a pharmacist and a co-owner of Bellevue Pharmacy Solutions in St. Louis.

He holds a bachelor's and a doctor of pharmacy degree from the St. Louis College of Pharmacy.

The Huesemans sold their four-bedroom home at 243 E. Argonne Dr. in Kirkwood for $675,000 on July 7.

There have been 275 sales in Kirkwood thus far in 2008. The median sales price is at $195,500 so far this year.
