William E. Cribbin sold a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 38 Berkshire Dr. in Richmond Heights for $733,000 to Mary Hohenberg and her husband, Bradford, on June 12.
The 4,255-square-foot house was built in 1941.
Cribbin is the president of N-K Scratch Pads, Inc., a St. Louis-based manufacturer and distributor of paper products.
Mrs. Hohenberg serves as a physician assistant for Dr. Fiore, a pediatrician at SSM Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital.
She trained at the University of Alabama.
The Hohenbergs sold their four-bedroom home at 421 Geyer Forest Dr. in Kirkwood for $327,000 on June 10.
There have been 68 sales in Richmond Heights thus far in 2008. The median sales price is at $209,000 so far this year.
