Pilar Mcgraw and her husband, Brian, bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 129 W. Glenwood Lane in Kirkwood for $375,000 from Michael E. Henges on May 29.

The 2,321-square-foot house was built in 1955.

Mrs. Mcgraw is a senior technical team leader at AT&T, Inc., in St. Louis.

She previously worked in the same role at SBC Services, Inc.

She graduated from California State University-San Bernardino with a degree in political science.

There have been 275 sales in Kirkwood thus far in 2008. The median sales price is at $195,500 so far this year.
