Matthew A. Sallaberry and his wife, Cori, bought a two-bedroom, one-bath home at 943 Victoria Ave. in Glendale's Marlborough Park for $586,000 from Timothy C. Kaufmann and his wife, Elizabeth, on July 11.

The Kaufmanns paid $185,000 for the property in May 2007.

The 928-square-foot house was built in 1948.

Mr. Sallaberry serves as assistant VP of lending at Enterprise Financial Services, a state commercial bank in St. Louis.

He has previously worked at LaSalle Bank N.A. in Chicago, Ill., where he managed client portfolios upwards of $25 million.

Mr. Sallaberry has a B.S. in finance from Marquette University.

Mrs. Sallaberry is a professor at St. Joseph's Academy, where she serves as chair of the business department.

She is a 1996 graduate of St. Joseph's Academy in St. Louis.

There have been 81 sales in Glendale thus far in 2008. The median sales price is at $259,500 so far this year.
