Home inspector sells to radiologist in Frontenac

Dr. Syed M. Hassan and his wife, Azra, bought a five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 2 Portland Dr. in Frontenac for $950,000 from Paul Macneill and his wife, Michelle, on July 10.

The 3,710-square-foot house was built in 1960.

Dr. Hassan is a board certified vascular and interventional radiologist practicing at South County Radiology in St. Louis. He is also a physician at St. Anthony's Medical Center.

Mr. Macneill is the owner of Apple Inspections, LLC, a St. Louis-based provider of home inspection service.

There have been 37 sales in Frontenac thus far in 2008. The median sales price is at $550,000 so far this year.
