Healthcare exec buys in Chesterfield

David L. Knocke and his wife, Catherine, bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 14535 Foxham Court in Chesterfield for $440,000 from Susan R. Cyganiak on July 15.

Cyganiak paid $380,000 for the property in March 2002.

The 2,756-square-foot house was built in 1975.

Mr. Knocke, a certified healthcare executive, is VP of physician services at BJC Medical Group in St. Louis.

Prior to moving back to St. Louis, Mr. Knocke, has worked as an executive director at Charlton Methodist Hospital and as senior VP of Methodist Hospitals of Dallas.

Previously, Mr. Knocke was based in St. Louis as VP of support services for SSM Health Care, where he also served as regional administrator-occupational medicine.

Earlier, he was manager for contracted care at Stormont-Vail Regional Medical Center in Topeka, Kan.

He received a bachelor's in business administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a master's degree in health administration from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis.

There have been 386 sales in Valley Park thus far in 2008. The median sales price is at $330,000 so far this year.
