Rohit Tibrewala and his wife, Leena, bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 2 Pricewoods Lane in Olivette for $310,000 from Myron Parker and his wife, Vicki, on July 15.

The 2,018-square-foot house was built in 1958.

Mr. Tibrewala is CEO of ROHA USA, LLC, a manufacturer and distributor of synthetic and natural colors.

There have been 90 sales in Olivette thus far in 2008. The median sales price is at $204,153 so far this year.
