Hanan Golan and his wife, Zipi, sold a three-bedroom, two bath home at 10 Heartwoods Ct. in Olivette for $330,000 to Aaron R. Saks on May 30.

The 1,879-square-foot house was built in 1960.

Mr. Golan has served as an account manager in the St. Louis office of PerkinElmer Optoelectronics, a company that provides the biotechnology, industrial, medical, and military/aerospace markets with optical components and systems, as well as training and support services.

There have been 90 sales in Olivette thus far in 2008. The median sales price is at $204,153 so far this year.
