Dr. Stephanie A. Lutter and Joseph M. Fritz bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 827 Crescent Springs Court in Valley Park for $370,000 from Jeff T. Stauder and his wife, Tina, on July 10.

The Stauders paid $322,509 for the 3,042-square-foot property in Oct. 2003, the same year it was built.

Dr. Lutter is a research fellow in the pediatrics department at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis.

She is a specialist of pediatric infectious diseases. She has a clinic at One Children's Place in St. Louis and is a hospitalist at St. Louis Children's Hospital.

She obtained an M.D. from Medical College of Wisconsin and has completed her internship and residency at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin.

Mr. Stauder has served as director of sales in the St. Louis office of Colonial Tax Compliance Co., a sales and tax consulting firm.

Previous experiences include managing consulting operations for MasterCard International and working in finance at Dun & Bradstreet.

He obtained a B.S. in business administration with a double major in sales management and marketing management from Southeast Missouri State University.

There have been 62 sales in Valley Park thus far in 2008. The median sales price is at $170,250 so far this year.
