Patrick K. Agnew and his wife, Barbara, bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 412 Foote Ave. in Webster Groves for $325,000 from Rockwood Bank on July 9.

Rockwood Bank paid $298,000 for the property on June 11.

The 2,302-square-foot house was built in 1945.

Mr. Agnew works as a mortgage broker at Access Capital Funding, a based mortgage advisory firm in Chesterfield.

There have been 208 sales in Webster Groves thus far in 2008. Median sales price is at $185,500 so far this year.
