Kurt A. Hentz and his wife, Sara, bought a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 19 Clayton Terrace in Frontenac for $705,000 from Joel Svoboda and his wife, Michelle, on July 9.

The Svobodas paid $631,500 for the property in July 2006.

The 2,957-square-foot house was built in 1925.

Mr. Hentz is a partner in the St. Louis office of law firm Hepler Broom. Mr. Hentz focuses his practice on personal injury, general negligence and insurance lawsuits. He also practices commercial litigation and family law.

He received a bachelor's in business administration from Rhodes College and a J.D. from University of Missouri School of Law.

Mr. Svoboda is a realtor with REMAX Exclusive in the St. Louis area.

There have been 31 sales in Frontenac thus far in 2008. Median sales price is at $550,000 so far this year.
