The Manchisis listed the property for $569,900.

Mr. Manchisi was named chief technology officer of Mastercard Worlwide in June of this year.

He's spent 21 years with Mastercard, most recently as group executive of MasterCard's strategic account management. He previously held positions in the areas of corporate finance, U.S. regional finance and operations.

The CPA earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from Fordham University in New York City.

There have been 318 sales in Chesterfield so far this year. Median sales price is at $320,750.
