Software consultant buys in Ameling Manor

Pravin Pachbhai and his wife, Dr. Manisha Pachbhai, bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 2220 Ameling Manor Dr. in Maryland Heights for $373,000 from Jeremy D. Huelsmann and his wife, Julia, on July 17.

The Huelsmanns paid $315,565 for the 2,541-square-foot house in Nov. 2003, the same year it was built.

Mr. Pachbhai is a software consultant at Monsanto, a multinational agricultural biotechnology corporation headquartered in St. Louis.

He earned a bachelor's in electronics and telecommunications from the Babasaheb Naik College of Engineering of Amravati University in India.

Dr. Pachbhai is a physician in St. Louis.
