Fritz C. Gebhard and his wife, Margaret, sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 15 High Acres Dr. in Olivette for $560,000 to Dr. William W. Wang and his wife, Dr. Lini Zhang, on May 27.

The 2,682-square-foot house was built in 1961.

Gebhard is a commercial loan officer with Commerce Bank, a bank holding company offering a diversified line of financial services and operates in approximately 360 locations across Missouri, Kansas, Illinois, Oklahoma and Colorado.

He attended both Webster University and the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Dr. Wang practices as a psychiatrist at Advent Medical Group in Saint Peters, Mo. He is also affiliated with SSM Saint Joseph Health Center and Barnes Jewish Saint Peters Hospital.

Dr. Zhang serves in the cardiothoracic surgery division of the Department of Surgery at Washington University School of Medicine.

There have been 73 sales in Olivette thus far in 2008. Median sales price is at $236,250 so far this year.
