Rehab facility CFO acquires Webster Groves 4BD

John E. Mckittrick and his wife, Leigh, bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 1314 Webster Path Dr. in Webster Groves for $450,000 from the late couple Gladys and Daniel Tolley and their daughter, Denise T. Eckert, on June 4.

The 2,769-square-foot house was built in 1979.

Mckittrick is a CFO at The Rehabilitation Institute of St. Louis, an 80-bed rehabilitation hospital in St. Louis.

He earned his bachelor's in accounting and finance from the University of Missouri in St. Louis.

Mrs. Tolley passed away in July 2007. She was predeceased by her husband.

There have been 271 sales in Webster Groves thus far in 2008. The median sales price is at $200,000 so far this year.
