Bank exec acquires Wildwood 4BD

Anthony R. Manisco and his wife, Barbara, bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 2605 Wynncrest Ridge Dr. in Wildwood for $790,000 from Gregory Taylor and his wife, Karla, on June 5.

The Taylors paid $789,900 for the property in June 2006.

The 4,730-square-foot house was built in 2005.

Mr. Manisco is a senior VP and retail executive at the St. Louis office of Fifth Third Bank.

Mr. Manisco has previously worked for other banks and has held the positions of senior VP and regional manager at LaSalle Bank/ABN AMRO, senior VP and group manager at Washington Mutual, senior VP and community banking director at Bank United and VP of retail banking at Citibank.

She is a board member at Junior Achievement of the Mississippi Valley, Inc. in St. Louis and is a former board member at the Junior Achievement of Chicago, the Chicago Children's Museum and the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Manisco graduated from DePaul University in Chicago.

There have been 361 sales in Wildwood thus far in 2008. The median sales price is at $338,250 so far this year.
