Stone Carlie exec buys in Wildwood

Jeffrey F. Ward and his wife, Amy, bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 557 Crown Pointe Estates Ct. in Wildwood for $447,500 from Christopher B. Willie and his wife, Tracy, on June 5.

The Willies paid $430,000 for the property in Dec. 2006.

The 2,793-square-foot house was built in 1996.

Mr. Ward is a partner and director of assurance services at Stone Carlie and Company, LLC, a St. Louis-based tax and business advisory.

Prior to joining Stone Carlie, he spent 15 years working at Clifton Gunderson, LLP, and served as director of assurance services at IGAF Worldwide, an accounting association where he was also a member of the audit department.

There have been 361 sales in Wildwood thus far in 2008. The median sales price is at $338,250 so far this year.
