Nicolas P. Terry and Tracy D. Gunter bought a five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 825 Fuhrmann Terrace in Glendale for $689,900 from Kingbridge Homes on Oct. 16.

The 3,600-square-foot home was built in 2008.

Terry is a professor and the senior associate dean for faculty at the St. Louis University School of Law.

He received his B.A. from Kingston University in 1975 and his LL.M. from the University of Cambridge in 1977.

Terry is a senior fellow at Melbourne Law School and holds the secondary appointment of professor of Health Management and Policy at the St. Louis University School of Public Health. In 2000, he was named co-director of the university's Center for Health Law Studies.

There have been 117 sales in Glendale this year with a median sales price of $263,000.
