Mr. Lapidus is the president of JBL Financial Services, an investment advisory firm.

He is known as the retirement coach in St. Louis. He is the host of a popular radio show "Straight Talk on Retirement."

He has also served as an educator for members of The Oasis Institute, a national seniors organization.

He graduated from Washington University, St. Louis School of Business in finance.

Mrs. Lapidus is vice president of Managed Care and Associate General Counsel for BJC healthcare.

There have been 124 sales in Olivette in 2008, with a median price of $220,000.
