Zeke J. Sansone bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 1248 Hillcrest Field Dr. in Chesterfield from Joyce E. Sansone for $490,000 on Sept. 5.

The 2,951-square-foot house was built in 1994.

Mr. Sansone is the executive vice president of the Joseph C. Sansone Co. He has a wide variety in technical knowledge as he has been vice president on personal property services. He has more than 15 years experience in the ad valorem tax field.

He has a B.S. in valuation sciences.
